Day 6
Breakfast:
Chia zaad pudding* with ½ cup mixed nuts + 1 tbsp. honey + fresh orange juice*
Snack:
1 big apple + herbal tea
Lunch:
Big vegetable wok* with roasted mixed seeds and 2 tbsp pumpkin oil
Snack:
20gr dark chocolate bar + 200ml warm almond milk cooked with a pinch cinnamon*
Diner:
Magic Soup* + 1 cup natural rice mixed + roasted sesame
Chia seed pudding + mixed nuts and honey & orange juice

- 1 tbsp chia seeds mix with
- 100 ml coconut milk
- pinch fresh vanilla
Topping:
- ½ cup mixed unsalted nuts or
- 2 tbsp. fresh red fruit or blue berries (frozen/ fresh)
How to make it:
Best buy little 250 – 300mlk jars with lid and shake in the jar. Add the topping of your choice before serving.
Drink a glass of fresh orange juice with 1 tbsp. honey.
Apple & herbal tea

- 1 big appel
- 1 cup herbal tea
Big Vegetable Wok with roasted mixed seeds and pumpkin oil
1 portion
- 1 big carrot
- 3 pieces broccoli
- Handful green beans
- ½ piece red capsicum
- ½ piece red onion
- 2 tbsp pumpkinseed oil
- 2 tbsp roasted mixed seeds
- Slice of lime or lemon
How to make it:
Cook the broccoli, carrot and green beans in advance. Cut all vegetables small and the carrot into slices.

- 200 ml amandelmelk (ongezoet)
- Snuf kaneel
How to make it:
Verwarm de amandelmelk in een pannetje, laat het niet koken, voeg een snuf kaneel toe en roer deze door de amandelmelk heen. Tip: Bereid je de warme amandelmelk voor later? Giet de warme amandelmelk samen met de kaneel dan in een potje met een goed afsluitende deksel en gemaakt voor warme dranken. Schud de amandelmelk voor gebruik nog even door elkaar in het potje.
Magic Soup + 1 cup natural rice mixed + roasted Sesame
8 portions
- 500grs Green capsicum
- 1kg Carrot
- 1kg Cabbage
- 6 pcs Onion
- 5 pcs Garlic
- 340grs Tomato paste
- Water
- Oregano
- Rosemary
- Salt + Pepper
How to make it:
In the pan sautéed the onion and garlic add the Green capsicum, carrot, cabbage, salt + pepper and water. When the vegetables are cooked add the tomato paste and herbs.
Topping:
Serve in a bowl and put on top some fresh herbs / seeds.
